  • Please note that shipping times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, holidays, and unforeseen delays.

  • Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on your delivery weight and the selected shipping method. We aim to offer competitive shipping rates while ensuring your items arrive safely and on time.

  • It's essential to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. Please double-check your shipping address to avoid any delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our team via Instagram or email as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Return & Exchange Policy

Most of our products are made to order, and as such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than product defects or damage.

Faulty Items:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide clear photographs of the faulty or damaged item, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Return Approval: Once we review your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Return Process: After receiving approval, carefully package the item in its original packaging (if available) and ship it back to the address provided by our team.

  4. Refund: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will contact you in order to arrange a refund. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
